OUR STUDENTS

Our students are chosen based on their academic achievements, their interest in applied anthropology and development studies, as well as a deep commitment for community development and local empowerment. 

They must als o have at least a basic, conversational-level use of Spanish and the will to live intercultural experiences.  Most our students are either  BA or MA Anthropology students from prestigious universities in the US and Europe.  Students from Central and South America studying Anthropology and Sociology also participate in the program, thus enriching the intercultural learning experience even more.
