APPLICATIONS, COSTS & CREDITS

Applications now open for summer 2009 (June 1 - July 17)

Application process:  Applicants must complete the application form (download) and send it via e-mail with a letter of recommendation from their tutor / advisor (it should be a signed, stamped & scanned letter) and a full resume to:  antropologia@uvg.edu.gt

All applications will be reviewed by a panel of Anthropology & Sociology Professors at UVG, as well as visiting Fulbright Professors currently teaching at UVG.    

Program investment:  $3,500 USD (all inclusive: lodging, meals, transportation and entrance fees). Airfare and airport taxes not included. 

Application deadline: March 27th, 2009.  

Payment:  all payments will be done with a credit card through a secure, verified internet site.  Payments must be recieved before May 1st. or an alternate applicant will be accepted.  A link to the payment site will be sent to you upon acceptance.

Credits: Based upon successful completion of the program students are awarded 5 (five) university credits by UVG, which can be accredited by your university through different administrative procedures.  Some universities have standing exchange agreements with UVG.
